A configuration with a purpose

Designed around the way the home moves.

A three-story home needs one complete plan for every level: where the lift sits, how each landing works and how the route feels day to day. The Trio Alta 3-Story brings the roomier, wheelchair-oriented Trio format to that full three-floor journey.

Three-floor connection

A practical option when a home needs a connected route across three levels.

Roomier Trio format

The Trio footprint is under 15 sq ft and supports up to 550 lb; final requirements are confirmed in the proposal.

Plan every landing

Approach space, door position, thresholds and circulation at each floor are reviewed together.

Real Florida installations

The middle level

An enclosure is part of the three-story plan.

On a three-story Trio Alta installation, the middle-level opening requires an enclosure. That enclosure can be planned to suit the home—such as clear glass, a framed glass door or a more built-in finished treatment—while keeping the route secure and the installation looking intentional.

During planning, the Stiltz of Florida team reviews the middle landing, approach space and the enclosure style that works best for the finished home.

“The useful question is not simply whether a lift fits. It is whether the whole route feels natural.”
